ORDINANCE NO. 624
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF CLARION, IOWA, 2022, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 165: ZONING
REGULATIONS
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Clarion, Iowa:
SECTION 1. SECTION MODIFIED. Chapter 165: Zoning Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clarion, Iowa, 2022, more specifically Section 165.14, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. SECTIONS MODIFIED. Chapter 165: Zoning Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clarion, Iowa, 2022, more specifically Sections 165.03, 165.04, 165.05, 165.06, 165.08, 165.09, and 165.10, are hereby repealed in part and replaced as follows:
165.03(7) Signs. Signs are permitted subjected to the provisions of Chapter 171.
165.04(7) Signs. Signs are permitted subjected to the provisions of Chapter 171.
165.05(7) Signs. Signs are permitted subjected to the provisions of Chapter 171.
165.06(7) Signs. Signs are permitted subjected to the provisions of Chapter 171.
165.08(7) Signs. Signs are permitted subjected to the provisions of Chapter 171.
165.09(7) Signs. Signs are permitted subjected to the provisions of Chapter 171.
165.10(7) Signs. Signs are permitted subjected to the provisions of Chapter 171.
SECTION 3. REPEALER. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTION 5. WHEN EFFECTIVE. This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
