SKATE PARK EQUIPMENT FOR SALE

SEALED BID PROCESS

The Clarion City Council has authorized the sale of the Skate Park Equipment through the sealed bid process. Skate park equipment is at Fireman’s Park, located near corner of 1^st St SW and 5^th Ave SW.

Bid Deadline: All Bids are due to City Hall (121 1^st Street SW, Clarion IA 50525) by 3:00pm Friday October 2^nd, 2026.

·       Please place bids in a sealed envelope and drop off at city hall between 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday.

·       Please email clarion@clarioniowa.gov with any questions.

·       The winning bid will be approved on October 6^th at the City Council Meeting. Payment will be due by 3:00pm on Friday the 9^th of October.

·       This equipment will be sold as is and the winning bid is responsible for its removal.

·       Removal is expected to be completed on or before Monday November 2^nd, 2026.

·       City of Clarion has the right to refuse any and all sealed bids for any reason.
