ORDINANCE NO. 631
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF CLARION, IOWA, 2009, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 69: PARKING REGULATIONS
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Clarion, Iowa:
SECTION 1. SECTION MODIFIED. Chapter 69: Parking Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clarion, Iowa, 2009, more specifically Section 69.08: No Parking Zones, is hereby amended with the following provisions added:
69.08(17). Sixth Street SE on the east side, from First Avenue SE south to the dead-end, between the dates of May 1 through June 30 of each year.
SECTION 2. REPEALER. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
